While I appreciate your expiriment to apply a fridge compressor in a cooler, ... but I am sorry to say, it wont work for more than 20 minutes. Bcoz a desert cooler does not cool our room due to "cold water", but it cools due to "evaporation of water" that happens in its grass pads. Even if you put v. cold water at 2 degrees centigrade, or put warm water at 50 degree centigrade, yet within 15 or 20 minutes the cooler will just circulate all that water (cold or hot) and bring both the kinds of water back to the same temperature of about 30 degrees (room temperature), ...so there can be no long-time cooling effect gained by adding cold water. A cooler will only cool more, if the air outside is "dry", and it will never cool more by putting cold water in its tank. & if the air outside is "humid", then adding cold water is also a big waste, as within 5 minutes, the cooler will circulate more than 20 liters of water, & bring it down to normal room temperature. & your fridge compressor is too small to be able to cool 40 liters of water every 10 minutes, or maintain the water cool for more than 15 minutes. So U gain nothing by trying to cool the cooler water by a compressor copper coil. But if you remove the grass pads and the water from the cooler, and instead of the "copper coil" add an "evaporator coil", and let the cooler fan pull the cold & non-humid air of the "chilled evaporator" into your room, & this cold air will be "without humidity" now, since the grass pads that cause humidity have been removed. So now ur cooler body will work just like a small AC, & no more wiil it work like a desert or a room cooler.

ये कमियाब नही होगा... क्यों की वन एचपी के कप्रेसर मै इतना दम नहीं होता की वो चालीस लीटर पानी ठंडा कर सके.... अगर आप सिर्फ़ कंप्रेसर ऑन कर के एकबार पानी ठंडा कर भी ले तो जैसे ही आप फैन ऑन करेगें पानी अपने मूल तापमान पे आने लगेगा... जैसे की आपने चालीस लीटर पानी जीरो डिग्री ठंडा किया और आपने कूलर फैन चालू किया तो जीरो डिग्री वाला पानी आधे घंटे मै ही पच्चीस डिग्री के आसपास आ जायेगा फिर आपका कंप्रेसर चालू ही क्यों नहीं

This cooler has some defects. The motor is placed inside the cooler which heats up the air. Replace the shaft of the motor by longer shaft. Place the motor outside and the fan blades inside the cooler. Plastic blades are better as being lighter, less vibration and noise. Not a good idea to use chilled water in evaporative cooler. As water temperature decreases, rate of evaporation decreases. So temperature is not decreased much by evaporation. We need two stage cooling. An outer layer of wood wool in which normal water is poured by pump. The water dripping from wood wool is collected in a tray and drained into a big earthen pot say 20 liter. There is float valve inside the earthen pot connected to water supply. So one need not fill manually. Small pump inside the earthen pot to pump naturally cold water on wood wool. Inside, 2 inch apart from wood wool is a layer of honeycomb pad. Or a AC evaporator copper radiator if willing to spend extra 5000 for lesser humidity. Water chilled by refrigerator system is poured on the honeycomb pad or passed through copper radiator. Here we get three stage cooling. First the earthen pot water about 5 degree C colder than air. Secondly that cold water is passing through wood wool. Evaporative cooling making air colder by 5 degree. And imagine if this air passes through 10 degree C honeycomb pad. Also, the heat source motor is absent. Please make such a machine.
