Yeah I saw other videos that said to raise the front feet up but I really didn’t think that was the issue since my fridge had been closing no problem for almost 20 years. I think even if the front of the fridge was low the door would still close on it’s own if the plastic cam was in good shape.

Great video! actually showing how the cams sit down inside of each other when the door is closed and also shows how the cams are offset by about 45 degrees. So the cams need to be screwed into the door at the same 45 degree of offset. However the Viking door i am repairing had cams that line up straight on top of each other when closed. There is not another screw hole to offset them. I have not been able to find cams that sit inside of each other and aligned on top of each other when closed to replace the ones I have. Do you have any suggestions? Trying to reach Viking has not been successful. Thank you! JD

Thanks man my 17 year old kitchen aid having this same problem. Freezer door cam looks ok and closes on its own but the fridge side looks crushed

Sorry I’m not sure if the part I used is compatible with the model you asked about. On the parts page they should have a listing of all the compatible refrigerators. I would also compare the pictures with the actual lights you have.
