So why do you think you have a special business class queue in Bali, you had to order a fast track service for that. And cards work, many do it.

Thanks for the honest review. Bali being overrated im quite surprised by that unfortunate experience at the airport. Hope you have a better experience where you are staying. I've heard so much about the uncleanliness and rubbish issue there...don't know if its true for you guys.

Hmm......your business class only applies for the airline, including the check-in, boarding. The custom service does not distinguish ticket classes, unfortunately.

Correct definitely not the case in Bali like other airports Istanbul, Singapore, Dubai etc.

@@Refugee2LivingTheDream you need to also understand after two years of covid people are flocking to bali immigration indonesia doing it can to help people one vloger complaint in his vlog it took him 5 hours in airport immigration officer checked all cctv and found out it took him 2 and half hours when immigration officer caught him and ask him he said someone told him airport authority bali is doing it best i am sorry if my words are harsh

@@fishgharindonesia 💯 with you there are bunch of hard working folks at the airport for sure. Couple things they can improve quickly in my opinion which has nothing to do with a covid 1)Credit card/Bank card for visa payment vs cash only.... 2)Trolleys stations free or with payment. It was really tough on us to push 6 bags with 3 kids. Had to be done all at once since we couldn't go back in after we left luggage area.

A lot of people were stressing, crying at visa counter because website says they take credit card & cash vs real world they only take cash and none of the ATMS had any cash left it was CRAZY people were begging strangers for money until they can get cash later.
