14:20 Ikan didn't actually drop the focus attack, focus attack's armor breaks depending on how strong the single hit that connects is, and this armor is weak at the start of focus attack and gets stronger the longer it is charged. So since luugi used up b right when the focus attack started, it broke through the armor since it has so much knockback.
