When you visit this complex you get mesmerized but practical things are different. There are 14 towers (9 already built) with 108 flats in each tower so total around 1512 flats, DMart, Club House, Builder Bunglow, Office, School, Restaurants, MSDCEL Substation etc, so at the end of the day not so much open space will be left after everything has been constructed. What about water, how so much water requirements will be met? they have not opted for MIDC pipeline but rely on RO plant which takes water from Ulhas River flowing from one side which floods ground floor every Few days in July. Also most of space is being in ownership of builder not society. It is difficult for ladies to come out or go into this complex early morning or after 7 PM because it is not a crowded place.

This is really a very good project. D-Mart is also comming soon, hope in this year it will operatable which is helpful for us. As we are already living in this project. Kalyan-Murbad road also going to increase in width by this year only. So in short good project.... .perfect 👌👍

@@sarahns9692 all basic needs you will get to your vicinity. You can get easily shared auto to Shahad which is neared station around 1.5 km away from this project. Only one thing we notice that lack of proper water drainage system due to which every second year we are facing flood. Near by Regency Antilia water drainage system is good but in Varap and kamba water drainage system is so bad due to which water come to near by regency antilia. Let's see gram panchayat or municipal cooperation will start road widening work with proper water drainage system.

Road widening work going to start soon from Varap to Murbad with proper water drainage system by which flood issue will resolve but till regency antilia road condition is good. This road widening work will going to start in month of July 2022.

They have built the project on agriculture land and in future 8000sqft is reserved for burial land(shamshan) just aside of these project and they are using river water bcz Ulhasnagar has totally denied to supply water to them and they have built sewage and its mouth opens in same river and same water they make you drink.
