bro one doubt how efficiency is increased we know that efficiency is output by input and in this regenerative method we r reducing the heat but even work is also reducing right !!! as u said we have increase the mass flow rate but for that again we need powerful pumps to do that and pump is as work consuming device what all the work we r getting in the turbine all the work will be spent to run the pump itself i think what is ur opinion on this!!

Why do we need to use 2 feed pumps? Why can't we use only one feed pump that is Feed pump-1? I mean to say, already Feed pump-1 pumps the water from turbine exhaust and it mixes in OFWH with vapour which forms into liquid again. Isn't the pressure enough to pump-1 enough to pump it. If not, what should be the size ratio of the pumps?
