Slight clarification: for the message at 3:58, T5 can indeed be greater than T6. The comment only applies to the Ts diagram I drew, on that scale. CORRECTION: 12:35 The efficiency is 1 - q.out/q.in (the fraction should be its reciprocal), but the final percentage value is correct.
