Dear Brainwave Power Music, As I read your description, it struck a chord with me. Even tho many who listen to this type music are New Agers, I am a redeemed follower of Yeshuah/JesusChrist. That being said, long ago in the mid 70's, He gave me a lucid dream vision/instruction/demonstration I have never forgotten, so I wanted to share it with you after reading your description because it probably will help you confirm that you are on the right track concerning the power life of sounds. Anyway, in the vision/dream, I was the player & adept at playing the tones He showed me the purpose of each one in our healing & regeneration processes we go thru as we live our lives. The lesson altered my choices about what I'd let come into my person in music form. I studied/experimented how different types music & various tones specifically altered moods, feelings/emotions, memories & imagination, on & on. +WisherSurferGirl No, the do re me thing is called the diatonic scale. Solfeggio was what existed before that scale came into being. Solfeggio scale is an ancient one rediscovered. Kind of interesting, you should google it sometime.

I do not know if that is how it works. I believe it has the potential to, but telomeres are tails of dna that shrink a little bit after each cell replication. Eventually cells just do not replicate properly and our bodies start to shut down.

A huge part of our bodys self defence system is keeping stress out of your life. When you meditate very day you learn to live with your breath. Throughout the day at work for example ill be swinging a hammer then suddenly breathe a breathe of rainbow breeze scented with strawberry perfume. Its hard to be stressed out and full of worries when you live every day with a goddess in your pocket.
