I'm interested - we say that this is the 21st century, technologies are developing, all kinds of medicines are being produced. Unfortunately, there is no medicine or a needle to date the tooth extraction. When you apply a needle or medicine to a rotten tooth, the rotten tooth will fall out on its own, like a nail, without surgery. Wouldn't it be nice to have $ 500-1000 ?

Yes , it's possible , with help of dental pulp stem cells. But this field is not that much developed in India.

Geez.. it's the pulp tissue that can regenerate, not the hard tissue of the tooth. The goal here is to maintain pulp vitality hence keeping decayed teeth from RCTs or extractions. The lost hard tissue still must be replaced by biomimetic materials such as composite resin.
