Are your growers using any sap testing? The reason I ask Is, it seems that micro nutrient deficiencies (I'm not implying your growers have deficiency issues) in seed contributes greatly to seed quality and plant health (especially disease) early in the lifecycle of the plant. Are you guys checking seed nutrition on the seed you're growing?

Yes, we are starting to do some sap testing and seeing how that fits in to the overall program. We are starting to do more testing and checking of the seeds as well... excited for the new DNA technology that we hope is around the corner that can really help

@@keithberns910 I'm really excited for the dna technology as well. What a game changer that'll be. I'm really excited to hear that there are seed companies starting to pay more attention to seed nutrition. I don't think most farmers understand that the seed they are purchasing (cash crop seed) is pretty poor quality, from a nutrient content standpoint, and the issues its causing us from a disease and pest stand point.
