This shouldn't be a problem for this Gentleman to collect a fee to keep the place clean, I am sure if it was a foreigner especially a white person it would be OK, but mi granny say king no have no honor into his own country. We are paying to drive on the Chinese toll because we are too poor to build much needed road ourselves. The Chinese are doing us a favour by loaning us money at low interest rates.

He is not only creating employment for others, you the vendors earn money there. You will be the first to complain if he shuts it down, but will gladly pay whatever fee a foreign charges after they take over.
