R.I.P. brother! Your music helped me get through my mama's hospice & passing a few months ago. It was the toughest Spiritual battle I've yet fought. I'm here in Detroit and I listened to The Itals several times a day, whenever I wasn't by my mama's side. She died in her sleep on Jan. 26 of this year. It was the first time I ever saw a dead body. She was barely 75 pounds, fully paralyzed in a diaper and bedridden. She was an absent, emotionally abusive alcoholic growing up. I told her that I forgave her for everything and I hold no grudges. For in my younger days I was a heroin addict & alcoholic. I stole from her constantly, lying and manipulating. That was many years ago, and today I'm free of heroin and booze! My mama told me that she forgave me for all the stealing and the deceit, she knew I was in deep emotional & mental anguish and never used good judgement or discernment. Today I'm free of resentment & hatred. I only have peace & love.
