Reggie Wright Jr. cleared up details surrounding the night 2Pac was shot and the events that led up to the late rapper jumping Baby Lane at the MGM hotel the night of the Mike Tyson fight.
Reggie explained that 2Pac took it upon himself to confront and jump Baby Lane, adding that Travon Lane told Suge Knight about Baby Lane trying to steal his Death Row chain, despite previous stories claiming Travon told 2Pac directly. Reggie also detailed what he was doing the night of the shooting and why 2Pac's security guard didn't have a gun on him the night 2Pac was shot.

I use to work in a high end hotel/condo in south florida and met a man who worked as p diddys top security agent. He was friendly guy and would be an open book when he spoke but also kept it professional and serious. I was 18 at the time and when he mentioned he worked for p diddy i asked who he thought murdered pac, and he straight up told me it was law enforcement and mentioned this wright guy being a dirty cop he said all the pac/ biggie feud was more of a marketing benefit but they never went against to kill each other. Frank (RIP) says in his book that they didn’t get DA approval to carry guns, apparently the application for some reason wasn’t sent. Nobody was allowed to carry guns, even if Frank had his gun in his car, he says he couldn’t shoot the shooter because he couldn’t get a clear shot and risk shooting an innocent person. He also says he didn’t have enough time to get the gun from his car as Pac wanted to quickly go. My gut tells me Frank comes across as an honest and genuine guy, however, I’m getting bad vibes from Reggie.

No guns meant lack of security. At the meeting, the attorney confirmed we were not allowed to carry guns on us at any time - especially at the club. So even if Frank or any of the other bodyguards had guns, what the hell were they supposed to do, shoot at a car full of people that they didn't know that was about to do a drive-by? Why is everyone missing that point? All of the bodyguards were in the vehicles that were behind Tupac and suge's car and they were pretty much boxed in, even if they had guns it wasn't much they could have done. And here is one thing that a lot of people don't know, after that white Cadillac shot up suge's car and drove off, one of the vehicles in Tupac and Suge's Entourage did follow the white Cadillac and exchanged gunfire but the Cadillac was able to maneuver and get away, if the other bodyguards had guns and were able to pursue the Cadillac it would have been the same scenario, them trying to chase the car down while exchanging gunfire, come on people think about it...

I saw a video on KZbin recently & it was surveillance footage of Baby Lane at MGM AFTER getting stomped out by Pac & Deathrow and he's being asked questions by the Casino security and there's crowd surrounding them and you can see Reggie Wright to the side...also at the scene is LAPD officer Greg Kading also watching from a distance...Reggie just said he WASN'T there for the beatdown...did he get there afterwards? Because clearly that was him...and why is a L.A. cop in Vegas and coincidentally happen to stumble upon the events that occurred that night?
