@pharoah12002 жыл бұрын
Well, back in the day, they had what was called "community policing." A lot of the officers lived in the neighborhoods that they policed. There were a lot of youth programs that were sponsored by certain police organizations, which made it easier to resolve certain issues that would arise in certain areas throughout. Big Reggie lived right in the neighborhood that he was policing. Everyone knew OG Big Reggie, and a lot of situations were resolved without a arrest being made because of that, and a lot of lives were probably saved. But, once the community policing fell through, so went the neighborhoods. The police now are all strangers to the communities, and some of them are just as much gang members as those in the streets that they patrol.

So what probably happened was manpowers close homie whoever he trusted probably set that s*** up just my opinion
@pharoah12002 жыл бұрын
Not necessarily. It's just a matter of "The process of elimination." As big as L.A. is (464 sq. miles), it's very small when it comes to who knows who. This is all Eastside stuff. Compton, Willowbrook, Watts, and the Eastside of L.A. That's all pretty much the Eastside. People that run in certain circles are pretty much privy to the same types of information, whether it be through bangin, dope dealing, females, friends, or family. That's just the way that it goes. It doesn't have to be a "Backdoor" move. It's just like smelling bread that's being baked at a bakery. You just follow your nose. I don't know Manpower personally but, I probably know at least 5 people that do know him, so it's very easy to make the connection. I do know some of his niece's and nephew through his siblings. So, when there is large amounts of cash that's being moved around, inadvertently the word gets out. I know of a few situations where this has happened without no backdoor ish.
