the "police" showed up to a train station for football fans that have to come in by couches because the trains have been cancelled accourding to the police lady? so they showed up knowing the trains was cancelled and at the end they got in the vans? no wounder; what is it 3% of crime results in a charge? you could make it up. so the have to to make work for them self my surrounding a small group of young lads that it looks like none of them have been arrested or charged.
