I do like the red and yellow cards. That's certainly an interesting approach. What you could do is print off some cards with their offences so you can hand them over. ie. Failure to ID. Failure to proper uniform. Failure to warn about videoing. Red cards for assault etc. Illegal Parking, ...

Heck you could even give them a card with your lawyer who specialises in suing the police. All up front. I can see the cogs turning now, while they puzzle it out that every time they try one of their tactics, the other person has a card already written with their errors on it. On a side issue Ian, I've just got off the phone with the Met department of professional standards. It's about organised crime and 3 no responses to 999 calls. The first they apologised. The second they have just got around to calling me. This time I've asked two questions. Who made the decision to not respond? ie. Who is the complaint about. Secondly he admitted it hadn't been recorded as a crime. Now that's far more serious since its fraud and officers [from Kent] were sacked for non recording.
