Great band. In a class of their own.

Thats right Rob'. They're a memorial regimental band. Set up to commemorate, the Ulster Volunteer Force. Who were formed in 1912 to oppose the Irish free state. And keep Ulster free from Irish home rule. They were then ordered to enlist for kitcheners army by their leader sir Edward Carson. and headed off to the great war. When the few that were left came home, England had gave away, three of their Countys to Ireland. Thats the short version of it. Davids the history man. Its quite a story!

Robert Anderson why is this band on a pro uvf terrorist parade mate? We alk know for a fact that yous are a bunch if sectarian racist fascist trying to antagonise the irish community. Vol bryan robinson was a terrorist who liked to murder innocence yet OO bands attend it. Lol strange.

Im going to say one thing to prove you do not have a clue what you are talking about. As I said you are a puddin. There is no such thing as an Orange Order band. OK? Bands and the orange are two completely different entities. Got it. So yet again you fail to prove the Orange Order has any terrorist ties. Can I ask you one thing and one thing only. Do you support the Provos marxist Scouser?

And I thought you were a marxist too. You know. Working class unity, and all that. Just like the Official IRA. Who rightly called a ceasefire. When they seen what the provos had turned their conflict into. a sectarian killing machine, *of the working classes on both sides*. Inspired by their strong catholicism. And hatred of all things British on the island of Ireland. And same with the INLA they called themselves socialists. When they split from the official IRA. What a load of shite. They were the most sectarian, anti working class of them all. Their only aim was power. Which explains why they killed as many of their own. As they did, their so called enemy. So much for your socialist/marxist ideology. A bit like that video you have of the orange order supporting terrorists eh. Not really a true marxist eh?

david1966dc I had a look.at his channel btw. It's nothing but complete and utter hatred, of anything to do with Protestants/the Orange Order. One post however showed how completely clueless he really is. It was post about Ulster protestants. Celebrating paddys day. This was complete bollocks. He said Partick was born in Rome.lol (I could of swore it was Kirkpatrick)lol And the Pope sent him to Ireland.ffs. How can Protestants celebrate a Roman Catholic saint.... This guy is completely clueless btw. So I put him strait on a few home truths. About Patrick and the pope. The straw that broke the camels back, was another post, about the Lanarkshire parade for the three young Scots soldiers. He said, we had no right to commemorate them. As they were nothing to do with loyalism. And were not affiliated to any order. This really done it for me. Because I can remember the brothers mum. Taking the platform. At the annual Boyne Celebration, in Glasgow. That must've took courage, poor women. So I told him he was a complete prick and blocked him. (He wouldn't now what a socialist was if it hit him in the face). Complete hater. Why give an oxygen thief like that, the satifaction of reading his hatred? All the best David. No Surrender.

The rope drums are brilliant. The way side drums should sound.

Totally agree Laurie Johnston. I've never had a chance to play one. But they sound the business!
