I’m not Catholic but I find the music very relaxing. Here in the Southern US, there are Gospel songs and “Old Time” (19th century mostly) Gospel songs, but this OLD OLD time Gospel music is more beautiful and soothing!

Maria B. God bless you too. I went to catholic school in my country of Haiti in the 50's and 60's. We always sang the gregorian chants. Sunday a/m latin masses and p/m vespers, I know them all by heart even now that I am older than 70. I cannot explain the feeling that envelops me when I sing the many gregorian chants that we rehearsed for praising God the way that he should be praised. After so many year, I still cannot get accustomed to mass in a laguage that is not latin.
