I think one of the things I love about Seth's interviews is the way he has such great conversations with people that may have nothing to do with their work, but give you a lovely insight into the people he chats with and gives you glimpses of who they are outside of their public personas. Not everyone can do it as well as Seth does.

@@gloriousexceptionalism2346 Oh my god, I can only imagine those are the ones who are shamed for not being able to hold it in! Then when they get sick, they're probably told "that's just the detox process! Let it run its course!" I have seen that happen in diet cults. People with legit medical issues that should be seen by a doctor being told it's just withdrawal from certain foods or a detox process and to wait a few weeks for it to stop. It's horrible.

Regina Hall is AMAZING in 9PS. whew, after this past week's episode, I am eager to see the next episode!! No spoilers but Regina H and what happened in the most recent episode was one I did not see coming at all. well done, 9PS, well done! ps 9PS as the abbreviation for 9 Perfect Strangers sounds like and reminds me of the way schools are named in Brooklyn! lol if you know what I mean, or live in Brooklyn, you will get my meaning :) ps Regina, forget Seth (sorry Seth but really in this specific case, forget you and I say that wi/love cause I so find you silly and goofy!! ) but Regina- I dont care what anyone says, doing something that is actually healthy for your body is not something that just magically goes away after the set dates for the healing retreat. I mean, that is not how the human body functions and that is just basic science. your skill serves you well :) lol ( I laugh and type lol but its still true!!)
