Yoni eggs strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. It's like doing a pull-up, but with vaginal muscles (kegels). These exercises strengthen the core and intensify orgasms (you build more awareness and sensations with the exercises). Building that strength is beneficial for childbirth and preventing incontinence. They've been used for a millennia in Eastern cultures. Don't bash what you don't know.

Doctors have been warning people of the dangers of any rock sitting inside you for years now. Because they're porous, yoni eggs can be tough to clean thoroughly, which means you can put yourself at risk for infections like toxic shock syndrome and bacterial vaginosis. Tha whole "muscle strength" thing is nothing more than a placebo effect. I'm Asian and even I wouldn't use a yoni egg. Don't put rocks in your cooch.

To be fair, it is a very good training for a woman's pelvic floor, especially after giving birth, that's the whole thing she talked about 'working down', so your pelvic floor will be strong enough to hold a smaller and lighter egg in the end which is harder to do than a bigger heavier one. That being said, that's all that it's good for imo, the whole chrystal thing and charging it in the sun..... just.. no.
