It's been updated, cost was sizeable at purchase before updates. I love the green color blends well with trees, the woodbeams in living room accent nicely across the expansive room. To give it a wide openness to the ceiling and extension into room. The updates put in price range of 3 to 5 million depending on acreage with property. The decor is upscale yet casual, giving a definite comfortable live in feeling.
