Try to use more rebound. You can get so much more rebound off of the drum if you have a higher velocity and then let the stick bounce back up. It looks like you are hitting the drum and then picking the stick back up to height to then hit back down again. By fixing this you will be able to play faster and cleaner.

Try to find a tutorial on traditional grip. Your hand is too flat and horizontal. If you could water was flowing over your hand there shouldn’t be a lot of water remaining in your hands that you currently have (like a cup)
