That is a title of a song, the first of three titles Cacai mentioned, three songs Regine revived (and all three singers sang here). She said Regine could not decide which to sing. The other woman, G Toengi, said Regine's confusing. "Lito" - confused. "Litong-lito" - very confused...Not sure if she and Ogie were already an item back then, but definitely not married yet. They were both hosts in the show S.O.P. Vice Ganda was just one of many comedians before and he wasn't an exclusive ABS-CBN artist until he became a hit on the noontime show SHOWTIME. He wasn't exactly a known actor either until he became popular and was given some scene-stealing parts. He eventually became the main star of his movies. Obviously, he's gotten quite confident now, He sounded rather off singing here because, at that time, he and Anton Diva were impersonating Regine (aside from the fact that he is biologically male, as we know). I don't think Vice got a contract with GMA network. He is more like a regular guest. His main stint at that time, I think, was sing-along/comedy bar.
