That weird facial expression from Regine that you've noticed was because she literally did not have a speaking voice when she sang STILL.. She's the only singer I know who can sing and belt high notes even when she didn't have a speaking voice specially during her prime..

Some of the years are not accurate. If you see a rainbow gma logo, that wouldve been in the 90’s. GMA changed their logo to the “rainbow heart” in the early 2000s. But yeah, you can tell that her youthful power belts were around the 90s 2000s. And she acquired a mature, thicker, “motherly” voice in 2014 and beyond.
