I’m a huge Regine fan, but I’m not sure why she sang “Freedom’90”? It’s not a bad song but it’s not a good song either. 😢

Her SOLO residency has theme of FALLING IN LOVE. She sang songs that depicts the stages of love like dreaming-courting-love phase-conflict-breaking up and moving on. She chose to perform FREEDOM as her statement for “moving on” (hence being the encore performance of the show) thus singing this song serves as a homage to her online concert during the height of pandemic with the same title (Freedom 2021). 😁
