Regine is one amazing singer. She’s easily one of the greatest of all time in the world. If born and raised in the US, she would be one of the most celebrated and most successful vocalist in the ranks of Celine and Whitney and Mariah. But then she would also be a very different person, so NO. This conservative and wholesome Regine with a magnificent voice is who I love and adore. She’s still one of the best.
