With this built, the card-positioning is so flexible It would also force to play more cards at other locations through the game, so a Spider-Woman would be more effective

It's a big lane commitment for a two drop (especially for someone who likes to play on curve, which I guess is the idea of this deck design) that doesn't then have much backup against a Thena or a big Carnage when you'd really wanna drop Ajax there on six. Suddenly you're acting as a tech card for your opponent.

R&G is the end of Marvel Snap for me, I think. There's nothing my pool 2 cards can do about it. They didn't even make the effect ongoing so it can be tech'd against, which is absurd IMHO. I had two goals with this deck to shift the playstyle a bit, playing more for tempo and playing asymmetrical affliction so I didn't need to worry about Luke Cage. So Lasher hit those goals better than Hazmat, particularly the fact that you can play him on 2 and still get upside for Ajax and Abomination, where sometimes Hazmat just whiffs on turn 2, and then it can be hard to weave Hazmat in later when you have great curve-filling plays lined up on 3, 4, 5, and 6. I'm not gonna tell you this was the RIGHT decision, who knows, we'd need data trying both, but that was my logic. You could of course do Hazmat without Luke just to enable Ajax, but it's more of a high-ceiling line, and this is built for a higher floor.
