Land in Ghana is for lease , it’s not for sale , look on your indenture it says deed of lease not deed of sale

That is correct and it is wonderful...in the US they say you own land and property, but the truth is, you will pay huge property taxes for as long as you own a home. It's all about the quality of life you want.
