Visiting the brach and talking to SBI agent is painful, they always say server is down, I raised request for ATM many times but didn't get ATM. Asked them for recipient number but they don't provide that . They don't have manners to talk. Don't want to say it but SBI agents are so bad that I can't stop myself to write this review

Well i was not going to write this but i randomly found this video after doing a lot of research. From last 7 days my mother's account is on 1lakh hold ( most probably because of KYC which is okay and i was ready to do the procedure). I work in night shift and still I visited bank last Friday and becz of late it shifted to Monday. Currently I am in Mumbai and my mom's branch is from another state so even after doing all the proper paperwork they said to contact the home branch. I googled and tried calling but not reachable! I called service centre and after talking to 2-3 of your agent I got the contact number of home branch. I tried calling both the numbers which i was provided by them ( one is not reachable and other is super busy that he is not interested in picking up my call ) My admission date are coming close my money is been freeze and i understand that there was a positive reason of doing so. But without informing or without giving any kind of update my account got freeze on the day when i deposited money in my mom's account to pay bills and also to manage my admission fees. Month is coming to an end and idk how I will manage this. I don't have my mom's registered email. Now what should I do ? Should I miss my exams for which I am preparing from last last 10 months ? I am the only earning person in my family and it's affecting me mentally and physically.. Please advise Sir/ma'am . Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

If you are an existing SBI customer having Internet banking credentials, you can register the app using the same. If you are not having net banking, the registration can be done using account details and authentication using debit card and PIN combination. Just follow the steps for creating username and password and register the App. In case, you are not having debit card as well, you need to contact your branch for registration.

I have a savings account as well as a PPF account both with SBI Siripuram Branch, Visakhapatnam. My savings account is inactive because of no transactions. I make regular PPF deposits. Each account has a different CIF number. I am not able to login to internet banking using my password and want to change it but it tells me my mobile number is not registered. I cannot visit a branch because I am in a different city and under local lockdown. I do not have an active debit card, and my cheque book is old format (2005) and outdated. What can I do to 1. Reactivate my account 2. Change my password?

In my experience, you can visit any br for any services except account closing or locker etc., but few staff misguide us with/without knowledge & you can complain to their Regional office mail or ph available in the bank premises & it will be solved in short time

Please note that you can open an Insta account through the Yono app without visiting the branch. However, the Insta account needs to converted into a regular account within one year from the date of opening, and you need to visit your home branch for that.

My branch is too long so I can't visit the activate code for there , can I use any near branch.

If you have ATM card with you, no need to visit any Branch.

Opening Minor Account does not open when opening bank account details.. What is minor accound problem.

Perhaps you are trying to open it online. Minor accounts need to be opened at branches.

Yes, you can register in Yono with your internet banking id and password without visiting your home branch. If you do not have the id and password, you can create them on Yono with the help of your ATM card details.

Yono app UPI रजिस्ट्रेशन कर ते वक्त मेरा क्लोज हुआ अकाउंट नंबर शो कर रहा है। मौजूदा सेविंग अकाउंट नंबर शो नहीं होराहा कृपया मेरी मदद करें।
