@@999ANURAGFF hospital ka correction latter ki to jarurat nahi padti thi.. Agar MCD wala maan raha hai to ek baar jaha baby hua tha waha malum kar lo.. 2. Certificate shift ka reason de do.. Jese wo number band karna hai.. Ya mera nahi hai..

ek chiz puchni hai. jo hum yeh request krte hai but later jab hum login kr rahe hai toh aata hai user not register toh hum jo SHF request generate hui hai use kaise track krenge ? Kyunki wapis se sign up krna pad raha hai. and sign up krne par koi record ni aara

Dont worry .. ho jata hai... certificate serach karne pe mil raha hai to usme ownership ke request dalo .. aur apne id and hospital ke kagaj laga do.... apne mobile number ke saath.... fir 4-5 din baad mcd ke office ja ke bolo apni baat .. unke pass request gayi hoti hai .paper dekh ke approve kar denge.. thoda paresan to hona hi padega.. after all sarkari kaam hai
