VERY WELL PRESENTATED : you have the ability to TEACH complex medical subjects . TO PRESENT A SUBJECT with the words to deseminate the knowledge is the main objective of TEACHING . NOT ALL ARE GIFTED FOR THIS ; highly educated PEOPLE may not be able TO MAKE OTHER UNDERSTAND * ( TO MAKE OTHER UNDERSTAND IS THE KEY TO TEACHING !)

Exceptional video! Always are great and extremely informative. I combined a high dose Losartan-HCTZ with high dose Prazosin and about blacked out from being really hypotensive. Always be careful with mixing antihypertensive medications and diuretics especially if you have electrolyte imbalances and don’t drink enough water.

In heart failure, this medicine even make cardiac muscles more relax. Cardiac muscles are weak and they can't contract well enough to provide blood to the body in the heart failure condition so cardiac glycosides are recommended for this condition. Such as digoxin which inhibits sodium potassium ATPase and increase calcium level in the myocardium cells which will eventually help contract out heart muscles.

I used Amlodipine for maybe a year. It worked, but it made me feel "drugged." I wondered if I was the only one who had this reaction. So I went online and found a website where people expressed their experience with prescription drugs. To my surprise, I found I was not even close to the only one! Amlodipine had a negative effect on my exercise performance, though it is not "supposed" to have that effect. I quit Amlodipine, and did not give a hoot what my doctor had to say about that. I am not a nurse, let alone a doctor, but my experience with, yes just this one CCB, was not at all pleasant. No doubt Amlodipine or another CCB will work just fine for many people.

Excellent information, the worry is GPs just add more and more drugs to combat the side effects of other drugs , before you know you’re taking 8 different drugs, they need to concentrate on getting people off medications

I'm just curious. Do any of these drugs cure the issue they're being prescribed for ?? Because I don't really care about the side effects it's going to give me... is it going to cure my condition ??? Simple logic why would I take this if it's not curing anything.. 🤦🏾
