With the lab portion of the case study, I saw that the normal range was provided...is this gonna happen for the real nclex exam as well? We always had to memorize the labs like sodium etc but it was provided in the question

Thanks Sarah for your videos, you have helped me a lot for my NCLEX preparation. I'm a Chilean nurse seeking for registration in Australia. I took and passed the NCLEX-RN in February after 76 questions. The thing is that the company in charge of the NCLEX requested us to test these kinds of questions right after we finished the actual test. These questions aren't that difficult, I actually liked the format and my preparation for the older format for the NCLEX was actually suitable to answer them with accuracy. This is what I told them when they requested my opinion about the format. I wish all of you the best in your NCLEX-RN exam!

I like these newer questions. They are more congruent with the nursing process in application than the previous SATA and multiple choice questions.

I LOVE this video. I would love to see more of this kind. Seeing this case study play out really helped me to see the big picture of heart failure. This is the kind of thinking my school wants me to have, but I struggle with.

We all struggle to get there, but one thing that is sure is you'll never get there if you give up. Never quit or give up! It may be of help to tie each system or disease conditions with a simpler or easy to remember illustration (everyday solution). This has helped me in the past. And please, take it one day at a time and you'll be amazed at what you've achieved. Good luck!

We had plenty of practice with these in two trimesters of school. (Actually learned more about the specific disease process with case studies.) I haven't taken the NextGen yet, but I ain't afraid of it either.

Some ppl like them bc you can tell if your on the right path after each question. Personally I hate them. Now they have highlight the note and a bow tie careplan question that is horrible
