Are you talking about bds ? In that case, if you upgraded from bds to mbbs then you not have to pay bond fee .

Dada, amr obc diye application kora chilo, akhon r obc ncl ber korte parini. Tai general hisebei councilling korte chai. Tahole catagory te general choose korlei hoye jabe toh?

না, state counseling করতে চাইলে all India counseling এ registration করা বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।
