If you’re looking for a DE vitamin C alternative, the Kiehls one is INCREDIBLE!!! Yes, caps and three exclamation marks. I didn’t see any results from the Drunk Elephant, it lasted what felt like next to no time and the Kiehls is more cost effective not only because it works better and lasts longer but is actually less expensive. Highly recommend if you’re thinking of straying from the DE one.

I got the balm stain in honey because of you years ago and I still love it! I prefer the morocconoil dry texture spray to the oribe one and it smells 100 times better! I think the large one is around $30 so not super cheap but less than the oribe!

I have really curly and dry hair. A long time ago, I must have gotten out of the shower without rinsing the conditioner out of my hair and then just left it in for whatever reason and I have never stopped doing that. I leave regular conditioner in my hair every time I wash it. I air dry it and the conditioner moisturizes and adds some nice hold. A few days later, I need to add more oil to my ends, that is how dry my hair is! I brush my hair wet, and the conditioner makes it so much easier. You don't need to use a huge dollop to get the lubrication effect. One my friends needed to borrow my hair brush at the gym after we showered and the leftover product was enough to make a difference for her as far as making it easier to brush her wet hair. My sister has a two year old with hair more like mine than hers and she puts a little conditioner in water into a spray bottle and sprays her daughters hair before trying to takle her baby bead head. So, in a pinch, try a little conditioner. Lube makes everything better.

Amika masques are bomb! I love using them on my clients with damaged hair. Also, if you have never tried their detangler I highly recommend. It’s called The Wizard. Smells amazing and works well on any hair type.

Drunk Elephant C-firma is fine to use when the colour changes! The ingredients react with each other and change colour over time - but the formula is not effected. They do not recommend buying multiple backups at once because the colour will eventually change and yes, it can be off putting.

Mmm I use the Garnier waterproof miceller water because I use waterproof mascara (because I hate when it runs down my eyes at the end of the day) and when I'm done removing my makeup my face is super super oily (and I have combination to oily skin). Maybe I will try the regular so Im not adding more oils to my skin 🤔 I also love the Covergirl eyebrow pencils but I run out of product s quickly! I always buy at least two at a time 😩

The detangler may be hurting more than it’s helping. If you’re using lots of products with silicone (dimethicone) they will make your hair look shiny but will coat the strands and prevent any moisture from getting in. Also silicones can only be removed with sulfate shampoos which are so harsh. I quit them 6 months ago along with heat and my damaged hair has done a 180
