bhaiya i want to share my opinion on this respectfully for me, i am an emotional person with anxiety issues i used to have a lot of regrets and that made me insomniac and i wasted a lot of time regretting but now , i feel like i dont have any regrets ,but that doesn’t mean i didn’t do anything in the past it’s just that i am glad that i did that mistakes and i apologised for it and im learning from those mistakes , which makes me have no regret at all,cuz i know at the end of the day im a good person, and if i do any mistake i’ll apologise for it right away so i feel like having no regrets doesnt make you egoistic or a bad person if you look at it in this way

I have seen many people around who don't regrets and surprisingly they are quite adult ! btw i love this monologue. bhaiya i just feeling so lonely for few months and i recover quitely though pray .
