SHOW SUMMARY
Mordecai, a blue jay, and Rigby, a raccoon, are groundskeepers at a park. But these best friends are lazy and don't let their jobs interfere with their ability to have fun. While Mordecai tries to be responsible and do a good job, he's frequently led astray by his immature pal, who is totally without fear or shame, and has no boundaries at all. The friends often end up having to pay for their irresponsible actions as they usually get into more trouble than they anticipated. It was proven that he was using emulators to cheat, all his records are expunged and he is barred from obtaining any further records

The big thing was that he didn't disclose he was using an emulator which has its own hi-score records separate from the original arcade cabinet version because of slight differences that can lead to an advantage for achieving a score. It's kinda great he got caught though. The guy is actually just like G.B.F, he's a huge ass jerk. He stole the title of first to win a million points at Donkey Kong right from under Steve Wiebe, who did it legitimately even though he tried to claim otherwise. Not to mention the other possible fraudulent scores he had under his name that were confirmed by Todd Rogers alone, of all people. Cheats stick together I suppose. It's been years and he's only recently had all of his scores wiped away, even though this episode came out years ago as did that shitty movie Pixels with a character based off him. Even though it's so late, finally everyone knows he's a huge ass cheat for good.

I remember watching this episode and one of the characters who lost to them just looked so much cooler than the average background character. He hit his chest twice then gave them a hand sign of respect. I thought that was it, but then, literally, he came back and was turned into one of the people who commented over the final confrontation. They liked his design so much they decided to give him a voice and prominent role in the episode. In retrospect, this parody of Billy Mitchell is so much more funnier given how the man who once was a legendary high score maker eventually got caught as a liar and a con artist. Well and plus it's still a solid episode all around. :) I appreciate this episode got those gaming details right. To me if you're gonna do something Gaming related little details matter to the bigger picture. In this case, it's both a solid Regular Show episode and a decent parody of things like the high score craze and how much people like Billy Mitchell are a hoax.

I certainly consider regular show the best CN show ever created in my opinion along with Gumball, Chowder, and (Yes It’s Teletoon, but it doesn’t matter) Total Drama Seasons 1-4 I think that season 4 was the best season of the show overall then season 3 then 5. Cyberbrickmaster1986 Not only that, but characters from CatScratch were taken right from Tennapel's comic Gear...which was not comedy. At all. In fact, it was rather dark. (I recommend giving it a look - it was a six issue series, so it's not a long read.) I had read the comics long before the cartoon aired, and I'll admit it had me a little confused when I first saw it. They never could have followed the comic plot on a channel like NICK, but it sure would have been cool to see.

Regular show worked on this premise for the earlier seasons: everything would be realistic within the reality of their universe and then at the end something unrealistic would happen. As this become more common, the show added more elements of this magical realism to the point where it defined their universe.
