Good evening. I saw your comment on CJ's Que, & i wanted to ask do you get even temps across your cooking grate? I have thevsame 1, & i've tried flipping the charcoal grate upside down, or using it in the original position with & without the baffle. Just wanted to ask what works for you. Thank you

Love my XD it cooks great and maintain temps easy. Just use smaller splits and eke between 225 and 275. Yummy stuff.
