These are great exercises, thanks for sharing. My leg feels like I have weights on when I try to lift. My leg is really heavy. I will try the knee immobilizer.

I had an incomplete spinal cord injury. The tightness and nerve pain on my right side is intense at times. I got a new afo a few months ago and that in conjunction with the effects of covid on me neurologically have caused less sensation/ mobility and strength in my leg / foot. I hope following this channel and going through your vids will help me. I had some physical therapy at a nursing home but it was limited. I use a walker with an afo for exercise. I can stand and get in and out the restroom without the afo but i noticed it seems like my foot drop is getting worse.

My piriformis gets easily irritated and becomes painfully sore. Is this a result of spasticity?

Thanks for the question! My recommendation is to have an assessment with a physical therapist. I hope that helps!
