While pronouncing the judgement, judges used the examples of hindu sculptures and hindu women of south india, who in the past does not used to cover their upper body(the reason to that maybe because of the extreme hot climate of south and openness in the hindu society). But the women accused in this case is not a hindu woman, nor she follows hindu customs. If she follows the customs of islam, she should not have done that. If sbdy does not agree with me, please don't call me names. Just state your point.

Society evolve and then change. True. Looking into the past while ignoring present is bad. What if people start sharing painted female semi nudes saying it is art . Will that be respectful in today's society. Again religion is personal. No hindu scriptures glorifies nudity not does it malign it. Hindu religion and society are not the same. Sculpture merely reflects the aspirations or reality of a society and that is never constant.

In hinduism, Women used to cover their body and head. The sculptures you see is not of ordinary women but of yakshinis and others. Scriptures never said women showing their upper part of body, but they restrict them doing so.

There's a clear direction where our country is going (no disrespect for women and their freedom). Men has nothing to show off in upper body, well if he starts to show his lower body is open and then post his video in the name of social education then it matters. Everyone must do what they do, but when it comes to public via social media then it should keep some sense, as even of the good cause can be hijacked by many to push their agenda whatever it is and the whole edicational thing is sidelined

Okay i know everyone body have there own choice , there is topic where judge said men showing chest is is seen normal and girls chest is something desirable which should not happen but you know when girls looks or touch men chest its normal or (even sexy) , but when it opposite its sexual harassment, can you see what happening here , girls them self can't decide chest is. A private part or not , they want to be nacked in public but also don't want other to see it , which is impossible because like judge said women chest is seen as desired, the truth is it is not just desired it is most desirable part , don't blame men its just natural

If you think it's normal thn it's normal otherwise it's tabbu... Nanga baba walks on road naked then no girls gets excited and neither thinks it's a sexual object and started touching him.... Neither I saw a girl touching a boy chest when he walks on road half naked....but It happened with me even when I was wearing kurti..... Soo it's all about rotten mentality of man.. N there is no problem if someone looks a girl or boy even he/she is naked bcz no one is restricted to look around... But u can't touch someone without their permission even whatever he or she is wearing or not wearing..

मध्यमार्ग के इतर दोनों ही मार्ग अंततः विध्वंस को जाते हैं......लोग बहस करते हैं उनके तर्क न्यायसंगत भी प्रतीत होते हैं फिर भी हमारे कार्यों के परिणाम ही हमारे कर्मों की कसौटी हैं यदि कल को हमारा समाज बिगड़ता है जिसमें महिलाओं पर होने वाले अपराधों की संख्या बढ़ती है तो इस समाज को ये सोचना ही होगा कि सोशल मीडिया पर दिन रात क्या परोसा जा रहा है और उसका क्या असर हो रहा है। जिसमें नैतिक मूल्यों का पतन हो जाए तो इसका अर्थ यही है कि हमारे बीते निर्णय गलत थे। सिर्फ कानूनी रूप से ठीक तर्क सामाजिक पतन के लिए जायज़ कारण नहीं होना चाहिए। पश्चिमी देशों में तो इस तर्क के आधार पर आधुनिक महिलाओं ने अर्ध नग्न होकर रैलियां भी की हैं। समाज जिसमें रिश्तों की उम्र घटकर मात्र कुछ महीनों की रह जाए क्या ये पतन नहीं है? क्या ये यह नहीं दर्शाता की जीवन के महत्वपूर्ण निर्णयों के प्रति संजीदगी समाप्त हो गई है और नैतिकता का स्थान शारीरिक भूख ने ले लिया है?
