♡》Story Time《♡ I am usually the face and voice of the group. It's a bit hard to put up with everything when you just want to break down and cry. Every single time I'll just let my self feel numb and put on a mask. I have many friends but I can only count on my hand which the true ones are. My fake friends would usually smile and greet me and then turns around to gossip about me. Of course I knew that, but I don't want to ruin it for everyone do I'll just choose to be numb and put on my stupid mask. I used to smile every time even though it's not really that funny just to lighten everyone's mood. But my bestfriend suddenly said "I hate your smile. When I thought the ones that were gossiping about you were fake, you are the fakest among us." I turned to her. I felt like crying. My "friends" tried to comfort me and said that my bestfriend was the fake one. I smiled, a fake smile that I use to deceive everyone that I'm fine. But then my bestfriend suddenly grabbed me in the arm and said "Stop smiling. I hate it! I want to scrape off that fake smile!" she then pulled me up to stand "Just cry already! Just show me some honesty! Stop faking it!" she held my face and looked at me straight in the eye "If you want to cry then cry let me see those tears, at least they're true! Unlike that stupid smile!" I then started to sob. After years of hiding my true colors I finally showed it. To everyone, not worrying who will accept me. I felt her hugging me and whispered "I accept you like this. You need to let all those out to finally give off a genuine smile." After that I lose a good portion of "friends"- no we were never friends. I am not that sad though. I filtered out the true ones. It's a bit hard coping but I tried. I guess not everyone will like you the way you truly are because they want to see the sugar coated version of you, but the true ones will LOVE you. Knowing these I smiled once again "I love your smile" said my bestfriend while smiling back to me "I truly love that smile" she added. ♡ Wow you actually read it? Thanks for spending your time! I hope you learned someting! This is a work of fiction but I based this from my experience ♡
