4:30 stowaway is super good in many decks, like reanimator/combo/artifact decks. notably you got a mox so you can turn 1 stowaway which is actually a lot of pressure (it will likely flip or you still immediately start looting)

I liked stowaway a lot in that spot as well. Being a cheap card that works fine in a U midrange shell while being a discard outlet if you end up doing something unfair is quite nice

Honestly can't believe you passed on the Elite Spellbinder if you took a card like Knight of the Reliquary. Spellbinder is premium tier interaction against combo decks, pressures control decks, kills walkers, and is all around a very versatile card.

It's a huge combo, but without SFM in hand the batterskull is pretty dead compared to Golos, Niv or Omnath

Batterskull in your non sfm hands is a 4/4 lifelink for 5. You only really want it against mono red, and if thats the play I'd have taken Finks to play earlier

Interesting draft. I probably would have ended up in UWx midrange/control from this seat. Mox-Misty-Hallowed-Stowaway/Venser-Clique-Repeal-Glenn and then you wheel Typhoon or DTT, which feels like something that shouldn't happen often. Wouldnt fault anyone for offramping into skullclamp or Animate dead p1p4 though, both of those are insanely strong and it might be correct to grab one there; im just a sucker for U midrange in vintage cube
