What surprises me is that in all her years of coaching, apparently Cheryl Reeve has never had to overcome a bad call in order to secure a win. Fortunately, sometimes you can try one more 3-pointer during regulation. If that doesn't work and you're really lucky, you might even get an overtime period where if you score more points, the bad call becomes irrelevant.

The problem is Lynx had that mindset that they got robbed.... you guys had 5 minutes of OT to take the lead but only scored 2 points. IF yall were so mad about the ref they could have fought and take the lead in OT. Both teams were tired but Libertys bench won the game and the Lynx had no answer for that. Instead of Coach Reeves whining she could have made adjustments to her team. Liberty lost game 1 to the Lynx, they could have given up during game 3 when the Lynx had the lead but kept fighting. If your gonna go on about refs then you should also call out how the Lynx had alot of whistles going their way during game 4 and won that game the last 2 seconds with that BS call on Sabrina.

That Minnesota won two games despite their complaints about the refs shows that the refs must've needed their help to beat themselves. The game was never over after any one call. Play on and win. Or cry about the refs later. It's NOT losing the series that makes you losers...

Yeah, sure but go back and watch that last horribly officiated play where the incompetent refs missed a travel and then called a non foul, pretend in happened against your team, and then ask yourself if that mattered or not. With under a minute in game 5. Seriously. Plus your star player who balls out every game gets 0 foul shots. In a game 5. It isn't just one play. The refs were bad all series but it's amplified in a game 5 where they CLEARLY got 2 calls wrong at the end of the game. Even Lebron said it wasn't a foul. So yes, the Lynx have a reason to be upset.
