Thank you Bre❣️ I really needed this! I have my own cleaning business, & its just me by myself (can't really afford to hire anyone), so most days I am sore & tired when I get hm. (Even though I usually only do one a day, w/ no help, & a degenerating disc at L2 &3, so wear my lumbar belt when I work, & pretty sure I have arthritis in most of my fingers on my R hand!). Yesterday & today were my hardest 2 days in my biweekly client rotations. Big historical house yesterday, takes me 4 & 1/2 to 5 hrs to clean alone, & today, a beach condo w/ 3 floors, & then my acupuncture office. Thankfully we trade once a month, so tomorrow I get acupuncture, then I'm going to the chiropractor! Thank you so much for all your videos ❣️🙏😊. Today I took a nap while I played it.❤

You do not need to watch just opening yourself up to receive the benefit. All that said, Reiki can only provide so much healing and relief.

Recently I really feel the pain in my heart. I don’t know how to deal with it or what to do with it. And I felt I didn’t treat myself right for these years. And I felt vulnerable and I wanna embrace and accept my vulnerability and try to be nice to myself and be gentle to myself but somehow I still be triggered by some old feelings and memories and somehow it comes from my mom and my whole family I felt so heavy. And I wanna talk to my mom about my everyday feelings but there’s an old pattern carrying the fear holding me not to do so. I felt angry and hesitated and I felt so hopeless and everytime I watch some reiki sessions from some other healers I felt more irritated and suppressed I don’t know why and I don’t know if reiki suitable for me anymore.

Reiki can only start the healing process, we have to direct the energy into healing patterns. Start small with your mom. Share one small thing and see if that helps open things up. One step at a time. We can't change overnight.
