I didn't know that I needed this video. I never would have expected a video to impact me so strongly. Your words hit me to the core so much that you even had me in tears (the good kind). You and your advice have inspired me, and I plan to carry this inspiration in my heart as I fight to heal the scars left by the demons of my past. Thank you so much. Keep doing what you do!

I'm glad I was able to awaken this strength in you, but only you can heal the past and move forward. And, I know you can do it. You must do it.

I just want to say thank you. I’ve never been the kind of guy to open up and show his emotions but recently (within the last 8-9 months) I’ve been feeling angry all the time I’ve felt anger, sadness and loneliness that I can’t describe and it caused me to push away people I cared dearly about. And I decided last month to see someone about it and after a couple of sessions he diagnosed me with Clinical Depression. Since I found out last week I’ve been fighting with it inside of my head because it was so hard to come to grips with but at the same time it made a lot of things make sense. And yesterday it hit me hard to the point I didn’t want to move even the slightest bit. Then you posted this video and... well I don’t think I can ever tell you how much it helped me and how thankful I am for you and your videos.
@TirarADeguello6 жыл бұрын
I actually quote "Rocky" in this video, "It isn't how hard you can get hit, it's how hard you can get hit and keep going forward." You have to fight this thing inside your mind like an illness or disease, and not let it define you as a human. It's something you can treat, get well from, and move on from. I hope the treatment and therapy helps, you deserve to heal from this, just like anyone else deserves a second chance.

“These are the good old days, right now.” “There are more good old days in the future.” Brilliant. This is something I struggle with every day. Things seem so bad right now, and I worry constantly, and wish I could go back to being 20 years old again. But that will never happen, so I need to live in the now, and be grateful for it. I feel more able to focus on it, because of this video. Thank you so much.

@suspicioususer6 жыл бұрын
The reason why is because he just had surgery and the vet told us he had very little chance of recovering. Part of me wants to think that maybe he would've recovered after a few more days,but that may be me being delusional.

I know that feeling all too well my friend, I lost my dog from 10 or so years old only a few months ago. She was with me through the absolute hardest times of my life, and probably witnessed most of my serious meltdowns, traumas, and suicide attempts. It felt impossible to handle, and I have days where I think of her and it just hurts. It hurts so so bad but I know she was suffering and it was the right thing to do. Always remember that there are better days, and there are hundreds of thousands of MILLIONS of pets out there looking for a friend like you and I to give them a chance. I believe in you :) ❤️
