Sniffing peppermint will help with nausea. I saw a lady at an old job do it. I asked her why and she said that she felt sick to her stomach and peppermint helped. The next time I felt like I was going to throw up, I got the peppermint. After about 15 minutes of smelling it then the feeling of getting sick went away.

Essential oils should really only be applied to the skin diluted in a carrier oil. Lavender and tea tree are rare exceptions, but even they are best applied diluted. You risk sensitization (over time), reactions or other contraindications otherwise. Otherwise a very lovely video. I love energy work :)

That’s actually not accurate. I’ve been studying essential oils and the science of them for over 20 years. There’s nothing that says you “should” apply oils diluted. There’s just different theories and different schools of thought. Also, it’s now very known that there are varying degrees of purity in essentials oils. I’d never used an essential oil that hasn’t been fully tested and have a very big standard in purity, distillation and even knowing where the seeds are harvested from. Everyone using EO for the very first time can certainly do a skin test before fully applying, but I personally have been applying, high quality, very pure, independently and third party/peer-review tested oils “neat” (undiluted) for 20 years and that is how I prefer it. I also know thousands of other people who have done the same for as long or longer. No issues at all. People are scared of essential oils (the life essence of all plants) but yet they freely drink cancer-causing, carbonated drinks and eat processed foods that slowly kill them. Go figure!
