I'll be honest. I was very skeptical of this format. Then, as this person worked and kept coming very close to the camera - I began feeling sensations in my feet and abdomen that I have only felt during " in person " reiki sessions I have purchased. I'm actually quite amazed. I guess a sincere healer doesn't need physical proximity to be effective. Big thanks, this was very helpful. Also, I had to work through a slightly uncomfortable feeling with her coming in so close to my person space, yet somehow that provoked me to surrender and open to this rather then reject and close. Somehow I feel that helped me to open to the healing. This session was well done. Appreciated !

This seems to be my go to video every night. I'm thinking Kayla's voice is within those perfect, feel good frequencies that instantly puts me at ease and continues to have that effect throughout the entire season. I'll admit that when she says I can close my eyes or leave them open its out of my control not to watch all the way through. Of course I sometimes drift off towards the end in a trance- like state.

This was so cool. I have always been fascinated with reiki and I found this quite soothing. I have both feet in modern medicine, it is what I do for a living, but I have seen alternative medicine work wonders for people too. Also, your first green screen experiment worked out quite well. Your voice was just perfect and your eyes showed so much caring and compassion. This was so good.

Christopher Wendle I would say, in my case, asmr works as an alternative to sleep medications. I have problems with insomnia and I consulted my doctor about this problem. We tried several courses of action including a sleep study but could find no physical reason for my insomnia. He prescribed ambien but I refused due to me being a recovering addict. I have been clean for eleven years and I could not risk it. My doctor understood and recommended I try some relaxation techniques. Asmr was among the techniques and it has helped to relax me and put me in a more comfortable state of mind. I have also seen elderberry tea ease fevers, eucalyptus oil reduce abdominal cramps, and raw coconut stop cases of diarrhea and constipation oddly enough.

I've been a reiki master since 2003. I'm also attuned to multiple reiki modalities. I've experienced distant healing,sent and received healing energy to many people on many occasions. The thing that has been and is always key to me is feeling the healing energy coming through my heart chakra and going out to the universe to whomever and where ever it is needed and being sent to. Who did your initial attunement/ attunements and your master attunment and which modality resonates the strongest to you/ with you and through you. I'm more than little confused about the"tingling sensation" some people are saying they feel with ASMR reiki. I was taught that reiki and reiki healer were using a persons own energy to assist them to heal themselves. From all my past experiences the energy was gentle and healing begins slowly over a period of time,thus the 21 day cleansing period after any reiki session. I am also a practicing witch with 40yrs experience, a spiritual healer, clairvoyant, audient, sentient and spirit rescuer. Is reiki the only form of spiritual healing for you?

Your video definitely made me get a huge Giant chakra thats for sure. Probably the most intense video I've seen for a while that's considered amsr. It really had me in another zone.
