Find a reiki practitioner in your area, I honestly can't recommend it enough! When massages get too much for me I get my therapist to do a reiki treatment and, while it's not working the muscles, it does help my pain and I can deal with it better. Go for it, you won't regret it

Do we get some level of reiki healing from this video? I'm in Scotland and I can't get to my therapist for a massage or reiki treatment and it's taking its toll, especially physically. I love how they announce you can exercise as much as you like, that's no use to me or anyone with limited mobility. Chronic pain is a hard thing to live with. Thanks Neil for your videos, your voice is a much welcomed form of relaxation x

That would be a good video. There's ones that tell you where to put your hands but there's no healing guidance and I think that would be a great way of doing it. Anyone can learn Reiki for a Reiki Master Teacher. There are 3 levels, Reiki I, II and III Reiki Master. Each level is a diploma course. There are many different types of Reiki on offer. "Usui Ryoho Shiki Reiki" is the original and traditional system that I have learnt.

Yes, it was my intuition that let me know. It more of less comes into a persons awareness like a feeling of need for the heart or whatever it is in need.
