I am planning to set up washing area, where my barbers can comfortably wash the hairs, in present set up its difficult to show their skills and u r abslutly correct, hair washing Asmr sound is really relaxing

Hair washing is not good for head massage. Head massage is usually done on dry hair with some water sprays and some oil. Tej Bhai do not arrange hair washing system it is extremely harmful for head massage customers. If you do so then hair wash should be done after massage not before that and only if customer is happy with it.

Tez or who manges the channel should add the locations of these barbers. Many indian commenting on the videos would like to see Reiki Master and others, but i don't see the addreses anywhere. Looks to me as if they only want the barbers for videos, hope i'm wrong, the barbers need to work so they can have a decent life, and their families too, not sure if they get paid for doing these videos. I saw comments on how the donations outcome is not very transparent. I'm not sure how all this works, but i hope it's legal and fair for all the people involved.

Hey freind, when i make video @ my studio, I don’t mentioned my address as its not a commercial area, where I can invite several people, In Reiki maater shop’s video I mentioned the addrss and from last two years after Manoj I stopped taking donations, I pay my barbers 10 times more compare to their regular fee and also take care of their basic needs and many more, which I rarely shared in videos, their are attached with tye channel from last 6 years, must be everything is going smooth and happy, so they are with me, I can’t make fool person for long time, so hope you will understand, i have my own buisness and many sources of income, I am not fully dependent on youtube. Taking massages is my passion and I am doing it honestly, there is no need to explain such but for me my single subscriber matters , so I wrote.
