Reiki Session for Sciatica

I've had painful Sciatica for a couple of weeks from an old injury and this was most timely and helpful. I placed my hands on my lower back when you first started the Reiki and then ended up on the throat chakra area. Many blessings to you and your work, Andrea.

Thanks.... months and months... now i woke up see tgat youtube playlist was finished- my headphone still in.. sat up to disconnect and to find my other lost headphone in bed.. and .. a massive click .. and a painful one.. i felt in my shoulder..made me say out loud 'ouch' scared a little what this pain was and now i got out of bed.. and back feels bit different .. i walked to the morning bathroom routine and i don't feel that pain still. No more words just grateful. I will go back to my reiki cryatal healing book after a year almost of not looking there and just focousing on snippents of recordings and books on other healing method for all sorts and dealing with my mental state.. whatever that is. I dont need to know the reason or the name i just want to feel better and feel me .. oh dear.. made myslef cry now... 💙🌎💜
