I was in bed crying for no reason. Going thru withdrawals from Cancer medicine hormones. Doctor had to change my medicine too many side effects. Been a week without medicine. Starting new medicine tomorrow. Thanks for this healing session.

When you live a life that is not authentic to you, just putting on a mask to keep people pleasing in the hope that they will love you back …that is the sad facade of being not true to yourself.Once you accept yourself just as you are ,all the societal standards seem meaningless and you stop chasing validation and if that results in isolation and solitude then that is exactly what your soul needs.Don’t force yourself to be social when the soul seeks solitude for soul growth.
